White Sauce:
1 qt. milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 lb. cheese
11 potatoes
Boil 11 potatoes with skins. Peel and cube or slice and put in a baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake to melt cheese.
